Phys. Ed. 4 u is an educational tool for PE and Health students.  It is designed by PE and health teachers for PE and health students.  By using the links on the left side students will have access to resources about the 5 components of fitness, fitness logs, anatomy of the human body, a discussion forum, a sports trivia page and the best and worst professional athlete of the week award.

The goal of Phys. Ed. 4 U is provide information and resources for students and parents to stay current with health and fitness ideas and practices. 
 
 Phys. Ed. 4 U can also be used by students who can not participate in a regular physical education class due to injury, illness or any other reason.

Included in this site is a spot for student and parent input. Tell us what you like and dislike about Physical Education. How can it be better and more important to you? Tell us about a game that you really enjoy or one that you think should be eliminated altogether. This is your opportunity to teach the teacher.
